Where is my parcel?

To track the delivery status of your parcel, simply click on the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Alternatively, you can also find this information in the “My Account” section on the Babilion website.

What can I do if the tracking link is not yet active?

Please be patient: the tracking link will not be active until the parcel has been picked up by the carrier.

I placed an order but haven’t received the tracking link or shipping confirmation yet

Tracking codes are not generated immediately: orders are generally shipped within 5–7 business days from the order date.

This time is necessary because, before shipping, our team performs thorough quality checks directly in our warehouses. All products, especially top luxury brand items, are carefully inspected upon receipt from the manufacturers to ensure they are defect-free and meet our standards, guaranteeing reliable, checked, and high-quality items.

You will automatically receive an email notification as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. We may not match Amazon’s delivery times, but we guarantee that all products are original, from international brands, and of excellent quality.

What happens if the tracking link does not update?

Please note that the tracking link does not update daily. However, if it has not updated within 5–6 business days, we invite you to contact our Customer Service through the Contact Us section.

I received a notification that my parcel has been delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

First, check if the parcel was delivered to a neighbor. If not, please contact the carrier to clarify where the parcel was left. If you still have not received your parcel within a week of shipping, contact our Customer Service through the Contact Us section.
