How do I create a Babilion account?
To create a Babilion account, simply follow these
steps and you can immediately place an order.
- Click the Sign In icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Enter your email address in the "New Customer?" section and click "Register." Then complete all required fields.
- Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. We recommend carefully checking that the information in the email is correct.
To confirm your subscription, click the link in the email. Once your subscription is confirmed, you can log in and start shopping.
How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, simply click here . Enter the email address you use for your Babilion account and click Submit. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email and you'll be prompted to enter a new password.
You will then be able to use the new password to log in to your Babilion account.

following steps:
- Delivery Address: You can change your delivery and billing addresses in the Addresses section of your account.
- Credit Card: You can update your preferred credit card information at checkout.
- Personal data (email address, password, contact information): You can change your personal data, such as your email address, password, or contact information, in the “ Personal Data ” section of your account.
If you'd like to change the language of our site, simply click the globe icon in the top right.

Placing an order on Babilion is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below.
- Find your favorite items and add them to your cart: Once you find something you like, choose your preferred color, size, and quantity, then click "Add to Cart."
- Check your cart: When you're ready to checkout, click the cart icon to see everything you've selected. Take a moment to double-check that the color, size, and quantity of each item are correct.
- Proceed to Checkout: Once you're satisfied with your selection, click "Proceed to Checkout."
- Log in or register: Log in to your Babilion account if you haven't already. If you don't have a Babilion account, you can quickly create one by clicking "Register."
- Delivery Address: Let us know where you'd like your package delivered. If you have saved addresses, make sure you select the correct one.
- Payment Method: Select how you would like to pay for your order by choosing one of the available payment methods.
- Confirm your order: On the order summary page, carefully review your order. This is your last chance to add a discount code or gift card; simply enter it in the appropriate field and click "Apply."

Our products are covered by a valid national and/or international warranty. The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, but some brands may have longer terms. Your purchase will be delivered with a certificate of Official Guarantee and Authenticity or accompanied by a purchase receipt via email; either will activate the product warranty.
Purchases made on Babilion are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Code regarding product warranties for defects and non-conformities. Therefore, with every purchase you make on our site, you will be granted the rights set forth in Article 130 of the Consumer Code. We remind you that you must exercise these rights within the terms set forth in Article 132 of the same Consumer Code.

- You may see a pre-authorization amount on your credit card, however, your card will not be charged until your order ships.
- If you return an item, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
- If your order is cancelled, you may still see the pre-authorization amount on your credit card statement. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 days for the order to be canceled and/or reversed. Please note that these times are beyond Babilion's control, so please contact your bank for more information on refund or re-credit times.

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the purchase process.
Please note:
- If you return an item or your order is cancelled, you'll receive a refund to your PayPal account. You can set up your PayPal account to have the refund transferred to your bank account.
- If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund your money to your bank account. You cannot choose another PayPal account for the refund.

Klarna allows you to split your purchase into three interest-free payments. Once you've placed your order, you'll be redirected directly to Klarna. To complete the transaction, you'll need to log in to your Klarna account or create one. Your payment will be confirmed within seconds, and your order will be processed immediately.
Klarna "Pay in 3 installments" is only available for orders with a minimum value of €25.00 and a maximum value of €1,500.00.
Please note:
- By choosing Klarna as your payment method, you agree to Klarna 's Terms and Conditions.
- Klarna "Pay in 3 installments" is not available if your billing and shipping countries do not match.

3DS Authentication
Our verification process uses 3DS authentication (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, and American Express SafeKey). These services are available to increase the protection of your account from unauthorized use when you shop with us. If you require more detailed information or encounter problems during the authentication process, please contact your bank or card issuer directly. Unfortunately, we have no control over the payment authentication process, which means we are unable to assist you with authentication questions.

Tracking code generation is not immediate: shipping is generally carried out within 5–7 working days from receipt of the order.
This time is necessary because, before shipping, our team performs thorough quality checks directly in our warehouses. Each product is checked to ensure it is free of defects and complies with our standards, thus guaranteeing you a reliable, controlled, and superior-quality item.
