Orders and Shipping

Orders placed on Babilion can be delivered any weekday. Shipping costs vary based on the service selected, the shipping address, and the location the items are being shipped from. All shipping options available for your order and destination will be visible at checkout.

Delivery to PO boxes and similar locations is currently unavailable.

All Babilion orders are shipped with a Direct Signature Required (DSR). We kindly ask you to track your order and ensure you are available for delivery. If you are unable to receive and sign for your order, the courier may, at their sole discretion, attempt another delivery or redirect the package to a designated pickup location. Please note that if the order is not received or picked up within the expected timeframe, it will be returned to sender (Return to Origin - RTO) and a handling fee of at least €10 will be charged. Handling fees may vary depending on the delivery address indicated at checkout.

The price paid at checkout refers exclusively to the product cost. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in the destination country are not included and will be collected from the customer upon delivery, where applicable.

Shipping times

Shipping to countries within the European Union takes approximately 5-7 working days from the time the order is placed, while shipments outside the EU can be delivered in 10 working days, depending on the destination country.

The following countries are part of the European Union:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

Shipping times are purely indicative and are calculated from the time the order is placed. Babilion assumes no responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or failed deliveries, but does its best to minimize them.

Depending on the destination address, our orders can be delivered by different couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or DPD.
